Return Policy

At Timeless Tastes, we strive to provide accurate descriptions, detailed photographs, and transparent communication regarding every timepiece we offer.

If a watch is received significantly not as described, Timeless Tastes must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of confirmed delivery to initiate a return request.

To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally delivered, including all accessories, links, boxes, papers, and other accompanying items, if applicable.

Upon receipt of the returned watch, Timeless Tastes will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the watch matches its condition at the time of shipment and that the return request is consistent with the original description and documented agreement.

Refunds will only be issued if the watch is determined to be materially different from the description, photographs, or agreed-upon condition disclosed prior to the sale.

If the returned watch is found to be consistent with the original description and documented agreement, Timeless Tastes reserves the right to deny the refund request. In certain circumstances, a return may be accepted at our sole discretion and subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

Due to the collectible nature of luxury watches, all other sales are considered final.
